The worst 14 dollars I have spent in quite some time. The shake was the best part of the meal. The fries were not fresh. The bacon cheeseburger was below average. It came out in 2 minutes, which surprised me.(Bad sign) McDonald’s should take 2 minutes. The restaurant was filthy, and the kids running it were about as smug and entitled as it gets. That place should rethink things. Yikes…

I asked for a med rare burger and got a well done burger. I paid for extra mushrooms, bacon and quite frankly it was like everything sat there all day and was reheated. How do you get it in 2 minutes unless it’s all sitting there? The staff was super friendly but the food was mediocre.

Just OK, we went mid July on a Saturday, and were not to pleased. Our family are smash burger FANATICS. We love smashburger. We were pretty surprised when we were browsing and found there was a SB in Dillon. First, we waited about 20 mins in line JUSTTOORDER. Second, we waited about 30 mins for our burger. Third, our burgers were just mediocre. We really didn’t expect that from smashburger. Overall maybe don’t go at popular times. That’s all

I’m just absolutely disgusted and disappointed with this place. The burgers were gross. I will never look at SmashBurger the same. The employees here have NO idea how to work in the fast food industry. Whoever is in charge needs to put their foot down and make a change NOW. The employees don’t even wear hairnets and they all have long hair, along with disgusting unshaven beards. An employee walked out of the bathroom and didn’t even wash his hands after putting them all the way down his pants. I about threw up. Then, the young men who are working are messing around talking about college girls, INFRONTOFTHECUSTOMERS! Oh, and the guy had a huge hicky on the side of his neck. Real good for fast food, right? I’ll never be returning here again, unless management changes dramatically. Yuck.

Chocolate milk shakes and the fries were amazing! I will go back just for those. Chicken sandwiches were kind of disappointing. The chicken was paper thin. Most of the sandwich was bread and the toppings.

We went on a Saturday afternoon when it was pretty much empty. I ordered smashfries but once the order came out we had sweet potato fries. I let the lady who delivered the food know that we had ordered something different. So we didn’t want the sweet potato fries. I don’t believe she spoke English very well(she had a European accent). She said I had to pay for the smashfries even though they got my order wrong so I told her I didn’t want the sweet potato fries because that’s not what I ordered. She said ok, walked away and never came back. We left the whole basket of sweet potato fries there, it was pointless trying to get anyone to understand what we were trying to say.

Smashburger is yummy don’t get me wrong. We came in just as they opened for the day and it smells funky. We ended up eating in my car. Also inside was kinda dirty for just opening. It could do with a once over with a cleaning towel.

Easy and fast. A great basic fresh juicy burger that tastes homemade, but the Smash fries rolled in olive oil spices and rosemary were ridicules in a really good way! I’d come back again

Most disappointing burgers ever. Can’t tell difference between reg and big. Asked to substitute cheddar cheese for bacon on my burger. Got charged .70 for one slice of cheese instead. Most boring $ 9 burger in Summit county. Milkshakes taste good, but it’s hard to mess up a Haagen Daz shake. Oh and it came out 8 minutes after we were done eating our burgers.

I’ve tried Smashburger at different states before and I knew that it originated from Colorado so I was a little excited but it’s sad to say that I was very disappointed. It was super packed on a Saturday night but the good thing with this location is that there’s a lot of seating. I ordered a regular Colorado Burger for $ 6.29 and I thought it was just okay. The grilled green chilies on it didn’t really do much for me, it wasn’t spicy and it kind of just made the bun really soggy. I got some regular Spicy Buffalo Fries for $ 2.29 on the side and my goodness it was so salty! In hindsight I wish I just complained instead of putting myself through the trouble of eating it, it was really that bad! Fortunately, my hubby got some regular fries and I was able to share with him. I think next time I will just go somewhere else, there are other fast casual options in the area that I’m sure I can avoid coming back.

We stopped here after a full day of tubing at Copper and we wanted some meat. I found the service to be really friendly. I spilled an Oreo milkshake all over the place and sweet Joseph from Smashburger was so kind. He helped clean everything up, made fun conversation, and quickly brought out another gigantic shake without me even asking. My only tip for this place is that you should always order the kids smash meal. It comes with fries and drink and is not noticeably different from the adult size, but is at least 4 bucks cheaper.

Service sucked. They lost my order. When they finally brought me food it wasn’t what I ordered. Most of the tables were dirty, there was soda spilled all over the counter by the soda machines, and no lids for the cups. After 40 minutes I’m still waiting for my fries.

Very solid Smashburger location… the Colorado Burger has been the sandwich of choice for me. Prepared very well and the fries decent. Good service, and prompt attention.

I love Smashburger so much I can hardly decide what to order when I drop in. On this visit(first stop at this location) I enjoyed the veggie frites, haystack onions and black bean burger. The veggie frites were missing the garlic salt but GM Sean was more than happy to run them back for a quick sprinkle. He was also extremely patient about our questions(yes, the black bean burgers do contain cilantro). I thought the location was super convenient(just a short drive away from the outlets). My parents felt that their Burger and Chicken sandwich were rather greasy, but my black bean burger was A’ok. The haystack onions were a bit greasy for our taste(and a bit greasier than at other Smashburger locations I’ve visited in CO) but we enjoyed them all the same. Looking forward to coming back for a meal when I’m driving to/from the mountains.

Every geographic region where Smashburger is located has its own local burger. That local burger here is the Colorado, and man, did they save the best local burger for Smashburger’s home state! I live in Virginia, and our local burger is not nearly as delicious — Virginia’s local arugula burger can’t be compared with the Colorado’s green chiles and pepperjack cheese on a yummy potato bread bun. Order the Colorado! The one substitution you’ll want to make is to sub out the mayo for the truffle sauce — sooo good! Another tip is to order the fried pickles — these are only available on Smashburger’s secret menu so I always feel very special for knowing about them. PS — Smashburger, if you are reading this, please introduce the Colorado burger in DC!

Smashburger is a CO staple, offering delicious burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, and milkshakes — who doesn’t love all of those, and in one location, count me happy every single visit. I’m a fan of all the burgers, the Spicy Baja and the Colorado Smashburgers are favorites. And the smash fries, rosemary and olive oil thin cut fries and the way to my heart. Burgers and packed with flavor, topped with fresh ingredients and dripping with just the right amount of grease, the way every burger should. Enjoy your burger and fries, I always do.

A burger place that is out of fries? Sacreligious! Close it down, lock the door and don’t even open them until you are fully potatoed. Then stop being a total tool and telling people you can sub for anything but not informing them you are still up charging for the new sides. Hooray for me that I noticed AFTER my card was swiped for $ 4.50 extra for ‘veggie frites’ my kids didn’t even touch. Not cool. Who does that? Sorry we are out what comes with the meal we are charging you $ 5 for so if you want something else we are going to offer it with our apologies and not tell you we added $ 1.50 more to your bill??? What? Beyond lame. The Colorado Burger was a solid 3.5 stars but I’ve gotta say, I have had a better burger at Whataburger, true story. But then again I’m from Texas where we actually have standards of beef so perhaps this is some sort of Colorado Mecca but you gotta bring more heat than this to impress someone from Cattleville.
