I stopped in for a quick lunch. I was in a rush and getting in and out was the biggest priority. The food was so good that I had to take a few extra moments and savor it. No one should make me slow down and enjoy life like that! I should knock off a few stars. But I just don’t have the heart.

Our new local hangout. Fun, laid back pub vibe with surprisingly great food! I love the lamb burger with that awesome curry sauce. Great salads too!

One of my all time favorite local places. Fabulous and pleasant staff. I love to try new things here and the daily specials are great. St. Patrick’s day is a blast here! Sunday trivia nights always pull in a plethora of locals and lots of fun. Open mic is an absolute must, specials! The food is awesome! New and revised menu has a huge influence of Irish specialties. My favorites: all of the salads, fish & chips, Ruben sandwich, Irish BLT(Irish bacon!). The daily soups have never failed me. Excellent selection of whiskey and Irish beers. Condiments galore! They even have their own jarred garlic sauce.

Very impressed with the food we had at Cala Inn. We had the Shepherd’s Pie, which was amazing, and the fish and chips, which were also very well done. We received adequate service considering the only staff on hand seemed to be the bartender and a cook — our food came out quickly and warm, and our drinks didn’t sit empty for too long. It was open mic night — so we stuck around for several hours — the longer we stayed the more interesting it got, and the more fun we had interacting with the other patrons. We had a great time!

My boyfriend and I took a little detour through Keystone on the last leg of our Rocky Mountains trip. Found this little hidden Irish pub for lunch. I had their autumn mix salad and added the blackened salmon. It was pretty tasty. Their salmon was cooked perfectly — not undercooked as some places like to just sear the salmon with a little bit of raw in the middle and others cook it to death until it’s dry. Give the place a try. I heard the fish and chips and bread pudding were delish as well! Give it a try,! :)

Had dinner here a few nights ago with my daughter. The St. Germain, gin & sparkling summer drink was delicious! In addition to the refreshing cocktail, I had a light dinner of the Naked Wings with a side salad. Hit the spot. My daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese and tomato bisque. Nice neighborhood place – good food, friendly service and decent prices.

Wish we would have found this place sooner! Great Irish Pub with character, delicious food and great service. We stayed in Keystone for a week and unfortunately didn’t find this restaurant until the last night. We had a party of 11 and we’re looking at the Dillon pubs and found Cala on Unilocal. We called to see if they could accommodate us and when we arrived 10 min later they already had a table set up for us. Great Irish beers on tap and great cocktails(we tried the honey mule and blackberry gin fizz and both were great – mixed just right, not too syrupy). The table ordered shepherds pie, steak and Guinness pie, fish and chips, Reuben, etc and they were all very good. We also ate dessert – the bread pudding in Baileys was heavenly. I’d recommend splitting dishes and trying a lot of different things. All was very good. We will definitely be back if we are in the Dillon area.

It’s a nice little Irish-pub-ish place in Summit Cove. In fact, it’s one of the only places in Summit Cove. I imagine that’s why it’s so overpriced. All in all, the food was fine and the drinks were alright. It gets an extra star for believing in the imperial pint. There is some nice whiskey in the cabinet if you’re looking for that kind of thing. And it has the added advantage of being close enough that a lot of the Cove can just walk there. That said, if I’m headed to a divey bar in the area, I’ll usually head five minutes up the road to The Goat. If I’m looking for something nicer, I’ll head down to Dillon Dam Brewery or something. It’s really only an option because there are no other options.

Okay, first of all, to the other Unilocal reviewers. This is a pub, where you go to the bar to order. That’s pretty standard practice with a pub atmosphere. Now that I cleared that up, this place is AWESOME! Our party ordered the Chicken Caesar salad, hot wings and the Reuben sandwich. All of our food was served fresh and at the appropriate temperatures. The wings were juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The salad was crisp, with the right amount of dressing and nicely flavored chicken. The Reuben was THE best~just perfect. I can’t wait to go back! :)

I was excited to come here and try the fish and chips and wow yes very good indeed(nod to the other reviewers who mentioned this), but no where was I prepared for the oral orgasm I received from the bread pudding! Holy shit people why hasn’t this been mentioned before!!! Service is non existent and I had to serve myself water at the instruction of the bar maid but they could have kicked me in the arse as I was shuffled to a lonely corner table and this place would still receive 5 stars immediately after that soft, caramel, gooey, goodness touched my lips. Okay now that I have your attention and have left awkward mental images in your mind, it’s time to hurry up and try it for yourself! Also great deviled eggs. A+++++

Had the Southwestern Fried Chicken special last night. She had the Shepherds’ Pie. Both very good! They expand their menu in the winter(now) I think. Some real interesting options. Not just the usual pub grub(not that there’s anything wrong with that). Order your drinks from the bar and take a menu, they will come to take your order. Even though we were just visiting, it feels like our«local». Friendly and real.

Walked in and had no acknowledgement, no clue if the place was self-seating or what. Said hi to the bartender but didn’t help us. We were left hanging like fools. So after a few awkward minutes of standing around we left.

Would like to try the food and I will change this post if I go back and get service but right now I don’t know how the food is but the service is not anywhere comparable to the rest of the Summit area. We, waited on two large women neither of which were interesting in taking our order, maybe because we were not local. Then after paying $ 8 for a 2 ounce pour of wine we left for the pizza place next door who were VERY nice, they even gave us a full pizza that someone didn’t pick up so we left them a VERY generous tip.

Friendly locals, friendly bar tenders, reasonable food, decent prices for the area. Sounds good to me! These guys also own Prost in Frisco(not the one in Denver). The beer selection is pretty good.
