A little gourmet hole in the wall specializing in curries, braises, soups, stews and more. Items like Baby Back Ribs braised in pomegranate and apple juice (using a spice rub that runs from the Eastern Mediterranean to China) and various chicken curries pleasing the omnivores, to New Dehli Garbonzo Bean Stew and Gingered Red Lentils (daal) for the vegan. Desserts like Ginger Cardomom Crème Brulee and Maple Star Anise Mousse. A GLUTEN-FREE restaurant that pays strict attention to digestive sensitivities and allergies (who needs wheat in their curry?)
Take out for individuals and family style group dinners is available and easy.
History
Established in 2012.
Opening February 29, 2012, Café ProFusion is the world’s highest gluten free fusion restaurant. We saw a need for high quality and interesting ethnic cuisine as well as take-out in Summit County. Focusing on things like curries from around the world to unique dishes found nowhere else, we found it easy to go gluten free based on our menu. The chef’s interest in wine allows for a well paired wine list (not something you typically find in a curry house).
