Only passed through once while traveling from Nashville to Memphis, but the cashier who made my coffee and cashed me out sure made an impression. Super friendly and bubbly personality. And my iced dark roast butter pecan coffee was great.

The coffee is often old when I go so it’s usually not very good. I’ve order a good amount of stuff from the menu and a couple times the food has come out cold because they didn’t heat it long enough. The atmosphere isn’t my idea of a coffee shop, usually containing loud music for my taste and constant kitchen noise which could be avoided.

Waited 25 minutes for a dozen doughnuts, breakfast sandwich, and a medium coffee. Just terrible service from the time they took my order until I received my food. Have no idea what they put in my black coffee with half and half… tasted like garbage. The entire visit was awful. Seemed very unorganized and mis-managed. Won’t be returning to this location.

Seriously… strong cream pour, I had to ask the guy to pour some out & add more coffee, still heavily creamy. I get it cream is cheaper then water. yes I’m being a smart ass! I can’t stop thinking about all the flies inside the store while I’m eating my doughnut :-) Yuck

Shady workers that made a bad cup of coffee(can I have some coffee with my cream and sugar?) and a bad whatever my wife got, according to her. Will be a while before we try this location again.

There is not a donut better than their chocolate-filled powder donut. Yum! Stopped during road trip so my husband could get coffee and I got a donut. I wish we had a Dunkin Donuts close to me in Texas. Well, maybe not, I would be HUGE!
