Established in 2006.

Denny and I began this type of work after retiring from our earlier careers. We have both always wanted to do this type of work and we are told it shows! Each home we work on is done the way we would want it done to our own home. Times are tough but things still need to be done when you own a home and we understand that. Give us an opportunity to share our skills with you. We are not happy until you are!

After working in hospitals for most of my adult life, I resigned my job as a Registered Nurse to pursue another career. I have always loved construction as my dad was a jack of all trades and I, a bit of a tomboy.

I met my love and best friend in 2005 and the next year formed an LLC for D&D Renovations. We have bought, fixed and sold many houses of our own in Iowa and Houston Texas and also work for others remodeling their homes. I have many before and after pictures on Facebook under the business name and are working on getting a website of our own. Check us out!
