This AT&T store has very good customer service. Once We pulled in the parking lot and getting out of the car they were already at the door waiting to serve you. They had the phone I wanted in stock. They were very helpful when I was setting up my phone. Staff is very good and very helpful.

I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service I received at this location this past weekend. I went in complaining that my overall plan was too expensive for four iPhones with voice, text, data. Jaworski (Jay) and Liz both helped me on separate days. I needed to lower my rate plan and temporarily add on International minutes as well. Both of them were very helpful. It is customer service like this that will keep me coming back to and keep me with AT&T.
