This business advertises on several ads in the Yellow Book, «Walk-in’s Welcome». So I decided to take them up on that and «walk-​in». I got a shock-​like stare from the receptionist like a 10-​year boy walking into a liquor store. I mention to her that their ad in Yellow Book clearly stated, «Walk-​ins Welcome». After discussions about insurance, as I was heading to the door promising to return after I check with my insurance, the receptionist commented toward my direction, «make sure you call for a appointment». Why do businesses advertise «Walk-​ins Welcome» if they are not serious about it? Well, I won’t be calling since I won’t be back to this business regardless of what my insurance company tells me.
