She does usually run about 15 minutes late. She is the first counselor I ever saw that «got me». I made tremendous progress during the 4 years I saw her.

Dr. Susan Neimann-​hightower sometimes ran late for appointments, often used crude and vulgar languages when describing people and events surrounding my situation (she shouldnt address patients with vulgarity), made biased/​blanket statements regarding people she never met, seemed overly anxious during our meetings, frequently interuppted when i was speaking. In summary, she is a 3rd tier counselor with a 1st tier hourly rate ($ 100/​hr). Better services elsewhere.
