Have known the Scalise family for a long time, this is a first class meat shoppe. Lots of choices, good prices, superb quality. Lou and his crew also stock neat condiments and fixins, things that add to the meal, they pick out great items. We’ve bought chili mix, a great BBQ sauce, lots of meal enhancers.
But go there for the meat, fresh, nicely cut, outstanding quality, better meat than you can even get at a steakhouse.

Lou and his staff are the friendliest people around. Lou will tell you if you are not happy bring it back with no problems!!! I always buy several 2″ thick rib eyes and have never been disappointed like I was when I bought at grocery stores. Price is fair and if it’s more than you are used to paying elsewhere, wait till you taste it, you pay for what you get. This is one of the last hometown butchers around and they care about customers! Keep it up Lou!!!
