Just recently bought a home in Cameron Park and needed the locks re-​keyed. I called 3 other «local» companies all of whom showed little to no interest in my business.
When I called Phil’s I was greeted nicely and told they would do what they could to make sure I was taken care of the same day. Within minutes they were able to move my appointment up to an hour later!
Phil showed up and gave me some great advice on the situation with my front door lock and even did some repairs and «tightening» free of charge. Phil is a great guy. I am more than happy to recommend him to all my friends and family.

I got an appointment right away to re-​key my house with 10 locks and got a discount for the number of locks! I called other places and there was no mention of a discount for the number of locks. I booked it right then. The service was friendly, professional, and quick! I miscounted and had one less lock and they still honored the price given over the phone.
