Road rage with one of the employees who drives for them. There was two car space in front of this companies vehicle my lane was closing had my blinker on and he sped up very fast to block me from getting over. A few fingers go flying as well as words. I felt he had no respect to let me move over there was more than enough space before he floored it to cut me off. I would never do business with them. I would give a zero in rating

Called D&D today looking for a Y fixture, Home Depot’s similar fitting got bad reviews for cracking and leaking, Ace Hardware didn’t have one either. I asked to make sure it wasn’t plastic and he confirmed it was a brass. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there; friendly, knowledgable people who had exactly what I needed. Decided to buy all the other pieces I needed for a new Washer /​Dryer install, hoses, vents, etc. Prices were better than HD. I’ve been in the area 15 years and like to buy local, wish I would have found this place sooner, great selection of mostly water related supplies (I do have to credit Ace Hardware for suggesting I try here). Recommended!

Went in today for small fitting. Was not even acknowleged for 15 minutes (honest)
Finally the woman at counter asked what I wanted. I told her and she said check the manual. The item which needed the fitting for was on the counter in front of her.
She certainly didn’t want my business.
You try and buy local and this is what you get
Terrible statement that Home Depot has better customer service. They had no difficulty getting the fitting.
No wonder the small business in our area is falling by the wayside.
