後面有中文。簡直奇葩的服務態度，你不怕可以來試試。I could not agree more about what Krystal said about Vicky. The lesson I learned here is not to do business with her any longer. She is terribly behaved does not know the meaning of «manner», she does not know what is polite to be honest.
I bought insurance from her office for the past five years, but haven ever been talked to her directly. after talking to her I am so shocked she can be this rude and bad manner.
相信很多講中文的朋友會來這裡參考。我嚴肅地告訴大家真的不要跟這家agent打交道，太太沒有素質。讓你買保險的時候可能態度很好，但是出現問題的時候，就像上一個一分評價所說一樣，她完全一副’你要怎樣’的潑婦樣子。
我在她家買了五年保險，之前同事都接待的很好，五年來沒有任何問題。我的車子和家人共同，每次離開美國我會叫暫停。這次走也是叫暫停，但是沒有生效。我問為什麼，她們講要車主本人打來叫。我說之前五年都是我叫就可以暫停，為什麼這次不行。vicky說：不要管以前，這次就這樣。我就呵呵了。那好，以前我是跟你買的，你賺到錢了，不給顧客合理解釋？又說我不在保險名單上，那我就問為什麼，之前都在，就這次不在，如果不在，為什麼我的名字一報給你們，你們就可以查到我的車子。她說：你到底要怎樣，以前的事我不管，這次就是你的名字不在，我可以拒絕跟你講。我說那就是你工作人員的失誤，沒有把我放在保單上。她居然說：失誤又怎樣，此時此刻，既成事實，我不想和你講話。然後就把電話掛了。呵呵呵呵呵呵噠，真的是一個在做服務行業的人嗎，我在之前從沒遇到過這種做服務行業的老闆。不管問題是什麼，你總有心平氣和的姿態跟別人解決吧。就這樣還要做生意？
我以前從不評論不找別人麻煩，但這次真的是夠了，居然有服務行業的老闆hang up on customer，我也真是見識到了。不管怎樣，vicky chen， good luck to ur business

Vicky Chen’s silly response made no sense and it is clear that she is unable to comprehend things in writing, on the phone, or in person. She NEVER spoke to my husband or I on our issues because she refused to service us. Everytime we asked to speak to her directly she denied us and pushed us aside to Thomas or the other Vicky in her office.
Also, why would she offer us free life insurance and gift cards to make up for over payment if she truly believed that it was not a mistake on her behalf.
The real lesson learned here is to not do business with her any longer. She should take her own advice and take responsibility for HER lack of actions. Maybe with this she will provide better service to her other clients.
