Todd Clark founded Rooter Shooter in May of 2000, Todd has had extensive training and experience in main sewer repair and installation. He is also an expert in septic reactivation and maintenance. As well as being one of the best in leak detection.

Todd helped us do a water detection. He’s honest and straight with you. He did not pressure us to use his services for the repair and gave us an honest quote and assessment. He’s a licensed contractor his fees reflect that, but if you want a knowledgeable and honest plumber, I would recommend him.

I was impressed with this plumber. Last week he arrived on time an explained to me what was going on with the the leak in the tub going down to the first floor apartment, I am on the second floor. I thought it was a pipe inside the wall but after inspection he found that is was part of the tub connection that just needed calking. He save me money and was very honest! It is difficult to find a plumber like this that is bonded and certified but also is there to remedy the problem honestly with you. I will be calling Rooter Shooter Plumbing whenever I have a plumbing issue. Thanks

Had a scare yesterday when I saw a water puddle on the side of my house and inside the living room as well. I thought that it was a leak under the slab. I called Rooter Shooter to help. Todd came in within 2 hours with his sophisticated equipment and after 45 minutes I was happily informed that the leak was not in the slab but in the wall. He was able to pin point the leak with his equipment, had a surgical approach to opening up the wall and repaired it in less than 3 hours.
Very solid in terms of his knowledge, but a bit pricey. I was willing to pay because I had no choice. Todd knows plumbing for sure, I would recommend him.

I had rooter shooter come to my house in diamond bar where they found a leak in my ceiling of my restroom and a leak in my back yard. It took them less than 3 hours to show up and fix it. I haven’t had a leak since! The main guy was friendly and very nice. Also affordable and clean. Thank you rooter shooter!

I called Todd because of the good reviews on Unilocal,and I am glad I did. I noticed water leakage from the side of my house, and it turned out I had a slab leak right under my kitchen sink. He found where the leak was and dug up the concrete without destroying my cabinets. A few weeks later, we noticed some more water, and it turned out there was another leak in the same area. He came out at no charge and fixed the leak. He’s a standup guy, he’s on time, and he repairs the problem quickly. Highly recommended.

Had a major slab leak in my home, Todd is fast and courteous. Performed a professional leak detection and isolated the problem. 26 years of experience goes a long way. His plumbing ingenuity avoided a very costly leak repair and was able to put the plumbing back to normal. I just called them and they are «closed for the summer»??? never heard of such a thing. Todd said they have a few large projects and are not taking any jobs from individual homeowners. When I asked for a recommendation for another plumbing company, he hesitated quite a bit then said «no, not really». I found this all very strange.

Todd was great. I called him to help with my kitchen sink and upstairs toilet. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and that I completely understood my options and what was covered so that there would be no surprises in the future. He gave recommendations but ultimately left it up to me to make the decision — no bait & switch as I’ve experienced with others. Highly recommended.
