Founded in 1987, ACI Institute is a private school with an unwavering commitment to provide students the tools, values, and resources they need to achieve academic excellence. We believe that an education should foster students’ intellectual growth along with their social and emotional development. With trained eye and compassionate heart, our dedicated staff, counselors, and teachers nurture the dreams, intellectual curiosity, and goals of all who enroll. Our classroom environment is educational yet fun and motivates students to excel in school.

As students advance through our specially designed curriculum, they gain the skills necessary to achieve high SAT, PSAT, and STAR test scores. Students gain confidence and receive higher grades, ultimately enabling them to achieve success in top– tier universities.

Diane S.

Business Owner

If Diane Sartor could be summed up in one word, «passion» would be the best candidate. Energetic and driven, Diane has a tremendous enthusiasm for language, teaching, and life, a passion which she has channeled into her 26 years of mentoring students at ACI Institute.

Diane graduated from the University of Michigan with a double major in English and French, and began her education career in the public school system. Fueled by her love of language and travel, she moved on to a teaching position in France and eventually made her way around the world to teach in Taiwan. Joining ACI in 1989, she brought her outgoing personality and love of learning to the classroom.

She now serves as ACI’s English curriculum coordinator and director of the Diamond Bar Branch. In addition to having assisted thousands of students enter the universities of their dreams, Diane had dedicated herself to ACI’s goal of «inspiring students to embrace challenge and find joy and self-​worth through achievement.»
