Business Owner

Kevin Kolb is the majority owner and founder of The Kolb Company, Inc. in Dexter, Michigan; a Michigan consulting and design/​build company specializing in all aspects of the built environment.

As a business owner of 21 years, Mr. Kolb has demonstrated considerable skill in

implementing his design capabilities through projects varying in scale, scope, and budget. His architectural practice has completed hundreds of residential and light commercial commissions. Mr. Kolbs budgetary awareness, pleasing designs, and attention to detail throughout all phases of his projects have instituted and maintained a practice based on client referral.

Mr. Kolbs considerable experience within the construction and design industries further enhances The Kolb Company, Inc.‘s goal of providing clients with turnkey project solutions, and through this diversification a foundation for new opportunities and partnerships.
