We use the freshest seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, organic when possible, from across southeast Michigan. From lean, top grade meats to the freshest produce, your meal will not only taste good, you’ll feel good eating it knowing it was prepared with local farmers and environmental sustainability in mind.

At Simply Scrumptious, there are no set menus or forced choices. We work with our clients to create a menu that genuinely reflects your event’s theme and personal style. From planning to presentation, our committed staff and trusted event partners provide exceptional service and attention to every detail.

Established in 2003, the recipe for Simply Scrumptious began simmering more than 50 years ago and grew out of a love for entertaining and creating memorable moments through food.

Simply Scrumptious’ Proprietor and Chef Lori Shepard’s childhood formed the foundation for her intuitive culinary skills and, as the years passed, her gift of creating memorable connections through food became her calling. We can expertly cater events from an in-​home family gathering to receptions and celebrations for 800 or more.
