History

Established in 1997.

In 1997, The Massage Institute was founded as a neuromuscular massage clinic. Our patrons include Aspiring Champions Sports Center (host of NFL Combines), swimmer Paul Trevisan (100 meter freestyle world record holder for mens’ 55 – 59 age group) and many not-​so-​famous acute and chronic pain sufferers.

Soon after opening, relaxation massage was added as one of our massage specialties. Today, our Pressure Perfect™ massage is guaranteed to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed, and our techniques will soon be offered as continuing education courses for licensed massage therapists.

Hi. Thanks for visiting us on Yelp. My wife and I own The Massage Institute. I’ve been practicing massage for more than 15 years in the Phoenixiville and Berwyn areas. I am licensed, certified in neuromuscular massage therapy and am co-​creator of PressurePerfect™ massage.

PressurePressurePerfect™ massage is our own brand of advanced massage designed to provide deep relaxation and pain relief through consistent, precise and customized application of stroke pressure.

Neuromuscular massage focuses on tight spots in muscle bellies, origins and insertions to reduce muscular pain. My glide-​press palpation technique is designed to treat painfully tight spots in a calming yet effective way.
