Our technician has had experience with both building and repairing computers for over 8 years. He is certified by Microsoft, Intel, and Norton. Matt was an Easy Tech Associate at Staples for over a year and earned accreditation for customer service, proper repair protocols, and general tech certificates through the training programs at Staples. Matt felt that the «big tech repair guys» were ripping off their customers and decided to join Help PC 911 to help ail this problem. As a college student at New York University (NYU) studying business, he has the opportunity to learn how a business operates and work with his hobby.
