Event staff are extremely helpful in assisting with booking.

We were trying to sign a contract there for a 125 person wedding, however they delayed and right when we wanted to sign we were told to find another wedding place. In the email we received from Chelsea we were told that «the business relationship does not seen possible» and that they have had to turn down weddings of 250+ guests because we had the date saved. So, this means to me that our wedding of 125 guests was not big enough for them. it seems like a nice place, but the business practices are shady. Keep in mind that the contract states that while you are in negotiations to sign it that the date is saved, as well as we were verbally told by Chelsea that we have first right of refusal if other people make an offer for our date.
I hope the treatment we received is not the way others are treated. However, it should be known that the people here are not above this type of practice.
