Come here only if you like standing in lines forever. If not, move on. Crazy slow these guys are.

Went in for some coffee on a very cold day. Cashier was rude, but the other employee(who made the coffee) was very friendly, working hard to get the right amount of cream into the coffee for my liking. Why they don’t let you add it yourself is beyond me, though. I know exactly how I like my coffee, and I want to make and mix it myself. But I didn’t experience the horror stories that others here have.

Consistently the worst service ever as in ever. There is a reason why you see Tim Horton’s employees in the Starbucks line.

This location in the Millender Center should be a gold mine, but it must be a money loser with the slow, erratic service. I’ve tolerated this business for too long, only because I like the coffee. Employee turnover is high, so you always deal with someone new and untrained. The only bright star is Rick, who can toast and butter a bagel before the cashier can pour a coffee. I am now frequenting Coffee Beanery in the Ren Cen… more money but quick service. p. s. How come this Tim Horton cannot get pretzel bagels when every other one has them in excess? Update 4÷17÷15: Damn… I gave this Tim Horton’s another chance, only to be further disappointed. They have 5 people behind the counter, but still can’t pour coffee and toast a bagel within a reasonable time. I don’t think there is a manager on site… the crew is either untrained or disengaged. Great coffee keeps causing me to give them another try… the horrible service makes me regret it. I keep going back, so they win.

Worst service ever. I couldn’t believe how rude and uncaring the employees are. When I asked for a phone number for comments and complaints the guy laughed said«go on line or something» and closed the window while I talking. Absolutely pathetic service.

I see someone posted that this is «just like Canadian crack» Timmies, and I have really disagree, because as a Canadian working and living in the US, I miss the Canadian Tim hortons, and this one is NOT a Canadian experience. The staff here are really, slow… there is not other way to go about saying it, every time I have walked over from the RenCen to grab a coffee, there is a big line while people behind the counter mill around and do, well I dunno what they do. Coffee takes forever to get to you(something that in Canada is typically done very quickly). The coffee here also always has a «burnt» taste, it seems to be an American Timmies flavor tho as I have tried the coffee in other American locations and they all seem to be the same. I’m really not a fan of American Tim Hortons, it needs to improve it’s service, and the coffee needs to taste better, without that nasty burn flavor. Please teach your US employees that you CANNOT mix old coffee in one pot with OLD coffee in another, I’ve witnessed this a couple times here, and each time the employees would give a strange look like«What?! It’s still coffee!, what’s wrong with you?» Anyway, I’ve experience better…

A store or business is only as good as its employees! This message is to the franchisor or anyone in charge of this store. The employees here are the most incompetent, apathetic employees I have ever spoke to. Every time im here I get them same cashier who doesnt smile, or even asks for your order; she just waits there for you to talk. Behind the cashier is another young guy who is knuckle deep in his nose digging for something. Not only am I grossed out by this store but I will never come again. Id rather go out of my way to pay more money across the street at starbucks than to deal with the idiots at this store.

I frequent this location when I’m out and about downtown during the weekend. After one too many bad experiences I’m now going to find a new place to grab my bagel on the go. The girls at the register lack any form of customer service to the point that they just come off as rude– eye rolling and all. Sorry that I questioned why I would want sausage on a sandwich that should come with bacon… When my two orders got combined into one big«unsharable» mess I’ve had enough. Pretty sad :/

So its a Tim Horton’s, so its coffee and donuts. This one is hidden in the Compuware building. It has 15 – 20 chairs, 7 – 8 tables and a couple of comfortable chairs. Its a quite place, friendly staff, good coffee, available the breakfast burrito.

American Time Hortons just seem to have the same crack in them, found in their American counterparts. The sizing is kinda odd, it seems like a small American is the size of a Canadian medium or large, and a large is almost a pint of coffee. It’s still fairly affordable, slightly less drinkable, and they give you strange looks when you say double double.
