Greetings, at S.O.A.R we pride ourselves in adhering to the farm to table methods of cooking and use fresh or frozen food products. This allows us the ability to offer custom catering services. We specialize in artisanal sauces, condiments and individual recipes and meals. We use Halal or Kosher food products unless otherwise requested. We offer Vegan and vegetarian meals in addition to traditional favorites we also prepare gluten-​free specialties.

History

Established in 2013.

Our staff has been providing meals for over 27 years. We became our own entity in 2013, simply providing egg rolls and icebox desserts. This has grown from simple offerings for friends with special dietary needs to Full blown meals and Progressive lunches. We believe if you Feed the body, you soothe the mind & bring comfort to the soul. We are a ministry of willing hearts and helpful hands bringing you the Flavor of Love.

Greetings I am owner and Chef of Sisters on A Roll, Mobile Café. S.O.A.R came into existence out of necessity and then friendship. I was an assistant to S. Dumas and as her assistant I attended business classes with her daily. I was offered the chance to graduate with her. Her constant encouragement and the belief of others in that class propelled us forward, as the name applies we were on a roll. It was the greatest honor I could give her for all the inspiration she’d given me, in the form of adaptability, tenacity and grit. We have two plus decades of culinary skills and always willing to learn. The thing that excites us most about running this business is that we get to honor each cook, caterer, homemaker, with our rendition or interpretation of each dish thus sharing and sometimes gathering flavors of Love to share with all.
