The B/C terminal at DTW needs some help. There sure aren’t nearly as many food choices or shopping options as over at the big fancy A terminal. Sure, it’s a short walk through the Trippy Tunnel but that’s just too much like work. So while I watched my flight slip by 20 minutes and then another 20 minutes and then another 20 minutes, I popped to Potbelly and got a sandwich. The gal who took my sandwich order was friendly, the gal who topped my toasted sandwich was friendly and the gal who rang up my order was friendly. It was a smooth process with no more than the usual delays but it was organized. The sandwich itself was a little on the dry side, which was surprising considering that it was chicken and cheddar with brown mustard and vinegar on it, plus lettuce and tomato and onions. Not up to the usual Potbelly standard.

Customer service here is non existent. There were at least 6 people standing around and 2 were asking each other who was gonna make my sandwich. They should fire them all and start over!
