One Reverse Mortgage

I closed with ORM in June, 2015. Excellent experience! But then I was shunted off to their «servicing company» — Reverse Mortgage Solutions. RMS is painfully slow, overstuffed with useless beaurocracy, and totally impersonal. It’s almost impossible to get any help or talk to a knowledgeable person (even when you have their phone extension. If I had known beforehand that RMS would be so impersonal and unhelpful, I might have avoided One Reverse Mortgage.

The reason I gave them a one star rating is because there is no ‘No Star’ rating to pick.
Be SMART !!! Don’t be fooled by this reverse mortgage company. The sales people of One Reverse Mortgage are as bad as used cars salesmen if not worse.
In fact they really cannot offer a competitive products like other companies do however they falsely claim that they can beat any one.
Their sales pitch is like this: ‘If we cannot beat them we will mail you a $ 100 gift card’.
I received a flyer from their marketing department today. Ironically the fine print states: This offer does not include matching interest rate…“
What a ridiculous scam/​scheme !!! If a used car salesman charge you 30 percent interest rate and give you a 3 percent discount of the price of the car are you going to take it ?
The fool will do. I will not unless I desperately need to save $ 300 in sacrificing to pay $ 3000 of interest for one year loan of $ 10K.
Don’t waste your precious time and go for other companies with reputation.
