I tried reaching out to this office twice. Once I left a voicemail (in January) and did not receive a call back. A month later (today) I gave it a try again but this time the staff left me on hold for well over 13 minutes and all she got was my name and then when the call was picked up, the person hung up the line. Extremely rude especially since she had not even received any of my information for me to set an appointment. I’m sure the doctor maybe good but her staff, not so much.

Dr Lorna Thomas is an excellent physician. I’ve been a patient for many years. She has beautifully healed and repaired everything from cystic acne to skin tags and discoloration. In addition to expertise, there is the added gift of a doctor who listens attentively, and uses best practices to achieve great results. Highly recommended.

For the past thirteen years she has been my primary dermatologist for eczema and acne. She is AMAZING! I haven’t lived in Detroit in over 8 years but I travel home to see her. (She also mails my prescriptions when needed) :)

Diagnosed me with rosacea which is completely wrong. I have struggled with acne since being a teenager and saw her in 2009. Now, five years later, I receive a bill from her for $ 24. Incompetent doctor AND front office billing.

I can’t attest to the physician as I never even made it in to see her. The office staff was incredibly rude to me. Even after speaking with my insurance company they refused to honor my appointment because I did not physically have my insurance card. I will not return to this physician due to her staff’s unprofessional behavior.
