History

Established in 2006.

Stephen C. Regan and Michael B. Regan purchased Haeusler Enterprises Inc. in 2006 with the primary asset of the 42′ Hatteras Sport Fisherman vessel the Cutting Edge. They formed Cutting Edge Charters Inc. to operate the vessel in Destin, FL as a charter-​for-​hire fishing vessel. In 2011, Haeusler Enterprises merged with Cutting Edge Charters. CB Cutting Edge is located in Harbor Walk Marina, 66 Harbor Blvd., Slip 46, Destin, FL. The home office is located at 318 Snapper Drive, Destin, FL.

Michael B. (Mike) Regan is Vice-​President and Manager of Cutting Edge Charters Inc. He retired from Destin Appliance Service Inc. in 2011 after 32years of service in Destin, FL. to manage the CB Cutting Edge full time. His son, Stephen C. (Steve) Regan is President and Captain of the CB Cutting Edge.
