This is where I come for all of my electronic needs. The staff are very helpful and nice, the only issue is trying to flag one down. Sometimes they run the other way, lol. Overall, good store. Perfect for someone who loves electronics as much as I do!

I can’t speak to all of the other poor reviews this Best Buy has because I only come here for computer supplies and computer related things. I only see one guy he’s tall, skinny and a computer genius. I believe his name is Nick but you’ll know who he is if you start talking to him because he knows everything about computers. This is literally the only reason I come to Best Buy because I wait for him and I wait for his advice on what to buy, this time I needed a very powerful router. I told him what I needed and he told me what he uses and what he uses it for how it works how much data it can send back and forth excetera excetera. Again I am very keen on customer service and there is none better in this store than Nick. I have literally never gone to the phone section, Appliance section or TV section… seldom do I go to the DVD Blu-ray or video game section but when I do not need any help I know exactly what I’m getting. And I’m in and out with surgical precision. It’s sad to see that there are so many bad reviews for this place and I can’t say that they are wrong or incorrect because I haven’t experienced what they have experienced. Nick in the computer section makes this a 5-star review for me period. got me exactly what I needed, helped me fix my Best Buy Rewards and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in any Best Buy I have ever visited. Don’t lose this guy!

Bought a stereo kit that a gentleman working at Best Buy helped us find. It was the wrong one! The receipt and bag blew away when we were installing the stereo system with the correct kit, not the one purchased at Best Buy that was the wrong one! When I called, it wasn’t going to be a problem. Then when I get there it all of is a huge problem and I was treated like a criminal! The two girls working in returns were both rude but the one more than the other. I’m a single hard working teacher! I don’t appreciate being treated the way I was treated! Merry Christmas to Best Buy! I will never shop in your store again! Also, I will share this story with everyone I can! I hope it was worth it, this item was less than $ 20!

The place is huge and everything is well organized! I bought my watch here and they price match everything as long as you have a reputable seller, e.g. Amazon, best buy online, etc. just show the cashier the lower price and best buy will match it! Staff is nice and friendly. Location is conveniently located across from Destin commons. You can shop ’till you drop~

Went to buy a washer and dryer and asked if they gave a miltary discount. Two individuals said yes, but only on appliances. We walked around and came back to purchase the appliances. The young man helping us was unable to input the discount and needed his supervisors help. She came over and asked why he was discounting when he stated military she promptly said we don’t give military discounts. We only price match Lowes if they have the same item for purchase and will then do a 10% discount because Lowes does the military discount. She was extremely unprofessional and loud with the young man. She kept berating him in front of customers. I felt extremely sorry for the young man. I should have got her name, but was too distracted by her facial piercings.

Best Buy Worst Service Ever I purchase $ 3,200.00 worth of kitchen appliances from Best Buy in May 2015. I purchased a refrigerator for my house, two iPads and two Mac’s for my kids college supplies, and a flat screen TV(for me) from Best Buy over the past three years. In May, one of my appliances was delivered to my home two days early while I was out of town. So, I had a microwave sitting on my front porch. On the day of delivery/installation Best Buy delivered the wrong stove to my house TWICE. When I called to complain I got the ruddiest customer service associate in the world(and that covers a lot of territory). I called Best Buy Customer Service three times and asked that someone call me back regarding my complaint. That was May 8th and I am still waiting for a return call. I will be shopping at Best Buy again the day after never!

Alison made buying a T. V super easy. She was very knowledgeable on everything in her department. I hope it’s this easy every time i need electronics. Would absolutely recommend Best Buy Destin for your TV purchase.

This is the place I hit up if I need any quick electronic parts that I forgot to bring to the beach house. I have come here to purchase an apple tv on one trip and a Nest thermostat on another trip to give as a gift to our friend for allowing us to stay at their beach house. Nice store that is easily accessible from the main drag that runs from Destin all the way to Seaside. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

best buy sucks! i bought my father an asus zenwatch for christmas, which is supposed to sync with android phones. he went to the trouble of setting the whole thing up, and it sucked the life out of his android phone. so we go to best buy to return it. the bastards know it’s defective and won’t take it back! they still sell them on . but beware: it doesn’t work, and they won’t take it back!!! instead, they say we must make the claim to asus. it ain’t best buy’s problem, even though they readily admit that they know the watch that they sold(and still sell) sucks the life out of a phone’s battery. unlike stores that have excellent customer service — like bed bath & beyond — which stand behind products they sell even if they no longer sell them, best buy baits you to buy defective merchandise and then refuses to stand behind it when you experience a known problem. do not shop at best best buy, unless you’re a schmuck.

Good service tonight. We come here ATLEAST once a month haha. The service is hot or miss. During the summer especially you may run into a bunch of issues with customer service since many are just hired on for summer. But when you in there as many times as we do you know the ones that have been there year after year and know what they are doing and talking about.

We had a horrible experience at Best Buy in Destin while buying appliances! No one who knew anything would wait on us. The kid who finally entered our data got half of it wrong, including our zip code delivery address, our telephone number and the stock number of the stove we selected. The kid did not know a single thing about any of the appliances… nothing!!! It took ten minutes to pick out what we wanted and more than two hours to complete the sale. We got annoyed and the mid level appliance manager, an otherwise smart woman, immediately became both argumenative and insulting. Soon three guys, including the appliance manager’s boss, were trying to find the stove that was supposed to be on sale and they didn’t even find it in stock. Hey guess what! The kid entered the stock number for a fridge! A madhouse ensued and literally hours later, we completed the sale. They had to track down the one available unit in Pensacola after fiddling with their computer for forty five minutes. It got so bad, it was funny, especially the huffy appliance manager who claimed she could have solved it in five minutes while she sat there and did absolutely nothing! She seemed to be trying to best the guy above her or had some sort of grudge going… perfectly terrible. Next came the botched delivery. The store gave the installers the wrong info. Calls to straighten that out at night and again on the morning of delivery… which is today and still waiting at 3:45PM. The installers did not show up on time as promised. Right now we are still waiting but at least the installer called us at the exact end of our time and told us he would be at least another hour after we waited all day. Stay tuned for the end of this nightmare! It’s not over YET!!! Update: the installer showed up, was sane, courteous and efficient, and got the job done. I told him what went on at the store level. He apologized for the store staff. I had the feeling he had apologized a lot of times before. I’m giving the installer an A+.

Bought my new samsung S5 from there last night. I switched carriers and the lady helping me was very knowledgeable and patient with me. We got there at 8:30 pm and was out the door at 9:15. She switched all our contacts and photos over and even saved us $ 40 by looking up other competitors prices to price match. My second good review for this particular store. They have treated me really good the last few times I’ve been in there.

Their website says that the Car install /eletronics Dept. is open every Sunday from 11 – 4 pm. So i drive 2 hours(round trip and pay Bridge Tolls) to find out that no one is scheduled to work in that Dept. on the sunday i go there. This is called FALSEADVERTISING and is a fast way to upset customers !

Hah! What a joke of a store. Had to bring a computer in to get looked at by the Geek Squad, so I went it in the early afternoon. No one was there. I had to hunt someone down in a different department to get someone from the Geek Squad to come out. After getting some help, a huge rush of people came in to get help too. I assumed, since I got there and waited an hour for help, I’d be getting it. Nope. The understaffed Geek Squad dropped my case(that only took 5 min when they went out of their way to help me) and moved on to other people. The whole thing took two hours when it should have only taken 20 min, tops. What a terrible store. I’d rather drive to Pensacola to get help from that Best Buy. I’m shocked this doesn’t have a lower rating.

They have all the best toys. If you need something, just put a confused look on your face, and you’ll have associates coming at you with their clipboards and Secret Service ear buds. They have great sales that involve bundling, and good regular sales on Blu-ray movies.

It’s rather small for a Best Buy, but that’s to be expected since it’s in a smaller town. The store is clean and has that distinct Best Buy scent.

When you have a new house and you need to buy a fridge, a stove, and a microwave(maybe even a dishwasher) you might come to best buy. I was next door at petsmart getting pups her shots, and thought I’d wander over. No one greeted me when I walked in. Sure I’m a girl, in a dress, with a dog, but c’mon. At least say hi. No one wanted to help me in the appliance department despite my 35 minutes of hanging out and snapping photos of appliances. I eventually found what I wanted, but alas, there was no one anywhere to help me with my purchase. Seriously. If I could have found someone in the appliance department I would have bought on the spot. So now, I will go to sears. Complete lack of customer service just cost them THOUSANDS. I’m pretty bummed. But… its whatever. I’m sure I’ll be back just cause its where I buy electronics, but for appliances I’ll go somewhere a little friendlier.

This is a smaller best buy but the staff in several departments were available to help me and my husband with our questions on some of the new products. We bought a new waterproof video camera for our beach vacations and they price matched for us. Yay!

Classic Best Buy superstore. Similar to other Best Buys which roam the landscape, this one has bright lighting and a cavernous interior which holds oodles of electronics for your perusal. The prices seem respectable and the staff was ubiquitous but remained unobtrusive. It could have been the time of day, but the crowds were fairly small here. I was even able to find a phone charger, pay and walk out to the car in under 5 minutes. Not too shabby.

Best Buy is about the only game in town now that Circuit City is gone. Sure, you can buy online and almost always save money, but when you have to get hands-on, go to Best Buy. I watch the sales closely as that’s when you’ll often get competitive prices. Don’t forget to sign up for the rewards program.
