Top Nails

I went in to get my nails done and came out looking like shit as soon as I said I didn’t like them the lady grabbed my hand and started violently cutting off my nails I had to jerk my hand away just for her to stop very bad experience and I will never step foot in this nail salon again absolutely horrible another lady was screaming about how bad her nails looks you’ve been warned do not come here unless u want your nails looking like shit!

I’ve been going here for YEARS! Decent place never really been disappointed unless it’s busy and they rush you through. Most of all the techs are good. Rose and Tony are the owners so they are sought out the most.

I go here often to get my eyebrows waxed. I only do the Mani/Pedi’s ever so often. Once they did only a mediocre job on my nails, but any other time they’ve done a good job. But I don’t do the gel or acrylic, just shaped, filed, and painted. But I’ve been going here for quite a while and will continue to do. The prices are reasonable, too.

I had a good experience today. I went in for a pedicure and when I sat down the lady put on the chair massager. I wanted to take that chair home with me. That alone was a five star– for real. They was nice and to the point while doing the job at hand or «foot». She did a good job with my pedicure even though I’m so ticklish– thanks for that. I did read the other reviews but I didn’t feel like driving anywhere else– because I went to 3 before getting here– others was close. Glad I stayed. I’ll take pictures the next time I come.

The worse experience ever!!! I got a manicure and pedicure; waited thirty minutes and they completed it in fifteen. Nails are uneven, had to say OUCH twice and he still didn’t ease up. Long painful story short this is my first and last experience to this nail shop.

This place totally sucks. I got a horrible pedicure meaning my feet were still rough wh en I oeft. The guy scrubbed for 30 seconds and was done. My nails look horrible. I got gel nails. If they weren’t so busy running their mouths maybe the service would been better? NOT. They need to shut them down. I’m from California and have had better experiences elsewhere in the Dallas area. OMG people don’t chance it. I’m tellin ya you will be upset. Not worth a penny.

Such a horrible experience at this nail shop. I tried this place out a long time ago when i used to have acrylic nails. They messed up so bad on my one of my nails. They winded up tearing off the acrylic nail because they put it on crooked and in the process made my nail bleed. The owner offered an im sorry but still had me pay full price.
Well just recently my nail shop closed down. So i had to go to this shop since it was the closest to my house. Let me just sum up customer service there RUDE! I asked for a mani pedi and they didn’t even do it properly. When i pulled out my credit card they replied «you don’t have cash?» I replied no so the woman working on my nails rolled her eyes and gave my card to a child probably around 10 years old to run my card. Needless to say even though i had to go to this place because of a wedding i was attending i will not come back here again. I rather drive 20 min’s out of my way than come back to this place again.
