No stars… only lemons!!! Had one spring broken that I requested replaced. After arriving 3 hours & 20 minutes after the scheduled time, the garage door is now inoperable and with no explanation other than I need a new opener. Mind you, it worked fine before and while he was here. Then wanted to charge me full price!!! Are you serious???
