We are a self serve dog wash, providing a place and the supplies to wash your dog. Instead of chasing your dog around the yard with a garden hose, or straining your back bending over the bathtub, you can stand and wash your dog in an elevated tub. We provide towels and blow dryers to finish the job, and you can make a mess in our shop instead of your home. We also offer dog grooming services. Happy people, happy pets!

History

Established in 2012.

Barks and Bubbles was started by Bruce and Lois Williams to provide the dog owners of south Dallas County the same opportunity to save their aching backs that the dog owners in North Dallas enjoyed.

Business Owner

Owner Bruce Williams struggled to find work that he loved, but in today’s economy, that was easier said than done. Considering his own dogs, Bruce wondered why all the popular self-​serve dog washes were located north of I-​30. With that in mind, Bruce and his wife, Lois, fulfilled a dream of owning a business by opening Barks and Bubbles on October 1, 2012.
