I am not one to be cheap, but may I have my $ 40 and $ 10 Tip back please?!
I have to say I have never had a mani or pedi in St. Francois County or St. Louis for that matter, so I am not sure if this is the general service given at this business or in the area in general, but it was the worse I have ever received.
I’ve been getting mani’s and pedi’s done in Chicago for a while and have a problem biting my nails due to anxiety and every time no matter how bad my cuticles are torn and nails bitten the salon in Chicago spends over an hour taking care and repairing the cuticles and nails to heal and grow back groomed once again within weeks.
I am moving to Dubai and was visiting family before my departure. I didn’t have time to go to my salon in Chicago and chose L & V. I do have to say the girl was very nice but it was rushed, sloppy, the floors and chairs were disgusting (had to be full of germs.) The wax was all over my ankles and dried onto my shoes. My nails look actually worse then they did before I went in. How does that happen?
I went in and they were busy and they literally spend 2 minutes. I didn’t want to argue with them, but you would think when a guy gets mani and pedi’s, especially in that area, he has standards and they fell way below not only my standards but surely most people who have ever been to a good salons standards.
