I just finished a 5 day cleanse with yessenia at the spring. It was awesome. I was never hungry. The juices were very good and all of the night classes were interesting and informative. Yessenia is sweet caring and always available. While weight loss was not the main reason for detoxing I did lose 5 pounds. Definitely would go again and anyone who wants to cleanse and detox in a safe loving environment should go. Thanks yessenia. The spa itself is lovely with happy gentle people.
