This place is not fully certified to give service from employees who seem not certified by they’re poor service and recommendations as for the owner he’s never there and his workers don’t know they’re bosses schedule as well!

I have used this place many time and other in DHS their pretty much the same You Get What You Pay For! Please note they sell NEW and USED Also NOONEEVER recommends used tires or flat fixes New is always the ONLY way to go. There are time that you maybe strapped for cash so a patch will do or a used tire will get you by just for now it is a TEMPORARYFIX untill you get a new one and a delay is only looking for trouble. Plain and simple they do have a sign up «No warranties on used tires» and and smart person would WHY? or ask someone at the shop WHY? Jennifer That Certified person you talked to did he not say anything about never buy used tires I’m sure he did! any place like BIG O will never say buy used and it’s not that they want you to spend more money it because Safety First and WHY Did You Want Used Tires to began with? What it comes down to always buy NEW tires! if you buy USED it is your risk! used(y zd). adj. 1. Not new; secondhand

DONOTUSETHISTIRESTORE!!! I bought two used tires for my Toyota Camry on October 3, 2011, for $ 50 in cash. There are no guarantees on used tires whatsoever. Three days later, one of the used tires I purchased was completely flat and I was barely able to bring my car back to the shop. When my friend looked at my back tire, he noticed they were not the same size as my two original front tires. Then I asked a CERTIFIED mechanic if it is okay to drive with smaller tires on the rear of a car, and he said absolutely not! This place will not replace my wrong size tires with the correct size, and in the meantime, my car keeps bottoming out and scraping the undercarriage. The owner, Enrique, is never around to help me, and the manager, Johnny, tells me to speak to Enrique only, so I am getting the run around. As a woman, I believe this is a very poor business practice to install the wrong tire size and not replace them with the correct tire size. SHAMEONYOUDHSTIRES&AUTOMOTIVE
