Hit and miss when coming here. When Babyclouds is there, it’s a really friendly atmosphere. If he is not, they act like it’s a hassle to help you out.

Great place! Walked in and jessica was there to help me right away. Explained a lot about vape mods and dripping. Made my setup and educated me on how to take car of it. Really good people here too the last time I went.

I could not have been more disappointed in a vape store. The feeling I get when I walk in has no friendliness or hint of that we’re here to help you. Every time I walk in, I can tell that the workers are just there to chill and wait to get out of there. I walked in and the workers didn’t seem to really care about me as a customer at all. I actually got more customer service from another customer who was there. Anything wrong with that!!! They have a wide selection of juices, so I can’t knock them for that, but to me customer service is a must in a vape store.
