History

Established in 2008.

Phil Varco created this business in 2008. He developed relationships with industry leading manufacturers and carries their product lines. In doing so, this allows us to offer customers the same products carried by the big guys for much less because we don’t have all the overhead. While starting a business during a recession was a slow one, things did begin to develope and grow. As our customer base grew, so did our name and referral business. After a very short time (by standards) through his leadership, the company was nominated for, and won a BBB 2012 Torch Award for Ethics in the Marketplace. There were only 10 companies chosen out of 2050 entries. A tremendous accomplishment and honor for any business. We have also been recognized with a 2011 complaint free commendation. We continue to strive to offer customer service excellence, with cutting edge technology products, backed by manufacturer’s warranty.

Business Owner

Phil Varco has served the window and door replacement industry for nearly 20 years. He spent 14 of those years working for a manufacturer. His primary role was service & installation in the field. In that time he traveled to countless homes, always because there was some sort of issue. He would often hear the customers say negative things about the company they did business with. He new he could do better. He decided that his business would be relationship based, not transaction based. He took to heart what he had heard from these customers and applied it to his own business practices. He takes every incoming call and personally deals with it-​no matter it’s origin. All in home visits are done by Phil, as are all follow-​ups, whether they be positive or negative. By doing this, he can literally keep his finger on the pulse of his business.
