When I finally did qualify for a study everything went very smoothly the discussion was on Chapstick and wasn’t to bad. It was a group of 27 women and 6 got called back in for another hour. We got paid on our way out the door cash so that was fantastic. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because out of 100 calls to me I only got 1 survey and most places that do hour group studies have catering or drinks and snacks they didn’t even give us anything to drink. Next time please give us at least a bottle of cold water! Thanks for listening

Not only was I compensated for the survey, I won an extra $ 50 for being on time. The survey went quickly and the people were pleasant. Highly recommend!

I used to get phone calls from these guys pretty often. Every time, I went through the lengthy process of answering all of their questions just to be told that while I was talking to them, all of the spots for the study filled up. Every time, really. Makes me think they just used my responses without having to pay me. But that’s not the worst. There’s a lady there I had the pleasure of talking to, I think her name is Mary, who is absolutely the unhappiest, grumpiest person in the world and she lets you know that by the way she talks to you on the phone. There were numerous sighs when I asked her to repeat some information or if I followed up with a question, I’d get a «well, I just told you.» I think one study was on cell phones and she asked what the previous phone I used was. I couldn’t remember off the top of my head what the exact model was and I told her that. She was making comments like I was the dumbest person she had to deal with, listing all the ways I could find out. While she was doing so, I looked it up on my Amazon account and hey, it was right there in my purchases. I recited the exact model and make and she just replied «did you just make that up… well, based on your responses you don’t qualify.» Please, learn to be more pleasant if your job requires you to talk to people so much.

I was part of a discussion group talking about food packaging. We had a good group, good person asking questions and it was a very convenient location for me. They paid cash as we walked out the door for a discussion that was actually fun. Can’t argue with any of that!

Terrible. I’ve been receiving their emails with surveys for about 8 years now and have NEVER qualified for a study that was within reach of me. Used to have an office in Chicago and now you must go to Des Plaines. They’ve just started harassing me by text over the last few months. I’ve received the same text every day for the last week telling me «Hey, we haven’t heard from you about our [blah blah blah]» and I’ve been asked to call for «Milton t». I’ve tried calling just to ask to be removed from the list. I’ve tried texting back. I can’t get in touch with anyone. They are the worst.

Complete unprofessional group of people scheduale you to do a focus group then 2 days later they cancel you. Do not trust these people waste your time.

I just got off the phone with a woman (or was she a robot?) and answered every single question right just to be told I didn’t qualify for the survey? What? How come I qualified for the pre-​survey, but not the REAL survey? She asked me every single stupid question on the face of the earth, including what were the topics of ALL the ones I’ve ever participated in?
Lady, I’ve been doing this for over 20 years, I don’t even remember what I had for breakfast yesterday, let alone ALL the focus groups I’ve ever done in my whole life. I qualified, that’s it!
They’re kind of dumb at Precision… do you think maybe it has something to do with being located in Des Plaines? Sorry for the putdown, but she really pissed me off!
Thank God I haven’t been back there, because I’d really tell them off!

The most rude of the research companies. I had a study scheduled for a Thursday, during the second half of my work day. 2 days before the study I mapped it on google maps and realized that it just wasn’t going to work (well within 48 hours of the appointment). I send a kind cancellation letter that basically stated that the distance and travel time with traffic made impossible for me to attend.
Well, I got an email from Pat there saying that she listed to the call and twice I confirmed I could make it to that location. Obviously on the call I could make it… or I wouldn’t have had to cancel. Sorry I don’t have google maps with traffic in my brain Pat.

A few months ago, this company paid my husband and me $ 400 to shop for furniture for about three hours. Sweet.
