We have been having issues with the fuse going out in the bedroom. We had these guys come out to see what was the issue. The technician told us that «there is a bad appliance plugged in». Well, we knew this. He didn’t really try to find the root cause of this, even though the service call charge was a hefty $ 115. The technician should have spent at least a few minutes to determine the cause to the best of his ability if they are charging this much just to come out.
When we received the bill, it indicates that there is a 13% charge to use a credit card! Do you expect people to mail checks in? This is clearly not the way to do business in 2015. Will not be using them again.

If you are looking for honest hard working electricians this is the place to call. I have been using them for at least 15 years and would trust them 100%. They are the type of guys I have no problem leaving in my house alone if I needed to run out while they were working. The work is good and they will not sell you something you don’t need.

They are very efficient and even very involved projects get scheduled and completed very quickly. They also do residential work to the same high standards and fair prices.
