I was highly disappointed in the condition of a storage locker (8×30) that I reserved online. I wanted an outside access. It was an older freight container. It was wet inside (about 1⁄10 of the floor area was visibly wet) with a strong mildew odor. The floor appeared to be rotting wood of some description. It was absolutely unusable.
This was the only locker of this size and the only one on «special».
We could have rented a more expensive clean locker of a different size from Metro, but instead left and found a cheaper and nicer unit elsewhere within a few minutes.
The lady who worked here was pleasant, but I had no satisfaction from the boss when asking for our original quoted price in a usable unit.
