Keen Limousine

The most unprofessional experience I have ever had! So many things went wrong on my wedding day! I hired 2 cars from this company and these are the things that went wrong.
1. Neither of the drivers knew where they were going at any time. None of the locations were difficult to have researched before hand. You would think a professional driver would take more care in knowing where they were going.
2. The lateness of the drivers, late picking me up at my house and late when taking my husbands family to the reception. She was 30 minutes late! Sitting at a gas station trying to figure out where to go! Its unacceptable!
3. The driving ability of the limo bus driver SLAMMING on the breaks at stops and then SLAMMING on the gas, half of my bridal party was getting car sick! Myself included!
I do not recommend this company for ANY event.

Made use of a limousine the other night when my g/​f and I went out to see Lily Tomlin in Aurora. yeah thats just how I roll … we scored the tickets from one of our local businesses and the limo came with the package… sweet! Our driver Greg was great. He was right on time for pickup and the return pickup. We shared the limo with another couple so there was ample room. there was a candy dish which we destroyed and places for beer and wine (sadly none was provided). G/​F and I ended up chatting with Greg a bit ont he way back and asked about prices etc. they dont see too bad and I will beusing these guys the next time I fly out of O’hare. Greg was super nice — ask for him and you will get a stretch limo at your disposal!
