Gutter Monkeys Gutter Cleaning

Updated to reflect a phone call I received almost two weeks after I left a message canceling their services. Man on the phone said his employees did come to my house but didn’t do the work due to a «large hornet nest». Completely untrue as my husband himself ended up cleaning our gutters and saw no evidence of any bees. Not sure why the lie, if this was actually the case no note left nor any contact to us around that date.
Wish I could give them a better rating as I’ve used them in the past and had a great experience. I called close to two weeks ago and mentioned, when she gave the 7 day timeframe, that I had a big party coming up and the scheduler said they’d do their best to be here by Friday. That date came and went over a week ago. My husband is up in the roof now doing them himself, we couldn’t take looking at the trees growing from our gutters anymore! I called to cancel and waited on hold over 2 minutes before being able to leave a message, odd.

As a woman I was quite anxious about having someone come out to do my gutters — what if they would try to overcharge or something. Well Gutter Monkeys service was quick, efficient, and they kept me informed of all details. They suggested combining multiple services and I received discounts. I was EXTREMELY pleased with their service.
