I came to buy a cake from the pre-made ice cream freezer then went to one of the registers to pay and waited for about 8 min, I didn’t mind waiting but after a while one employee came to the register I was waiting grab a bag then walk away and open the other register, I got upset because a least 4 employees keep passing and no one said anything, I asked if the register I was waiting wasn’t open and they looked at me and said no, I asked why nobody had said anything to let me know that but they looked at me a gain and didn’t say anything not even an apology.

This is the only place where they refused to give you a receipt for your food and out of work they overcharged me double /bagel and in the whole order was messed up the Indian manager over there is very rude does not wanna let me express my complaint and just have me print out a receipt the Romanian girl that works over there is a sweetheart she will get my order right but this was the worst experience ever and never go back there again all because of the manager an Indian lady that works over there with big attitude in addition I found a long dark black hair in my sesame seed bagel with she overcharged me again and I do hope to hear from corporate and express my true feelings about this location of Dunkin Donuts as an owner of business myself this is not the right way to treat customers. I think her name is Miriam. Shame on her!!!
