Just had a great customer service experience! My paint color was matched perfectly. After spending $$ at other stores for a horrible match, I wish I would have gone here first even though it was a long distance from my home. So friendly and helpful-​definitely worth the drive!

If you order cabinets from them inspect them all carefully before you pay the balance. EVERY SINGLE cabinet I ordered for my kitchen and bath came in with damage. My carpenter was shocked! I was offered no discount or compensation for SUBSTANDARD product. I had to pay hundreds in extra labor costs to deal with the damage and I am still not happy with the result. Product knowledge is limited-​cabinets were not what I expected or was told they would be and ordering tile was a hassle. Overall, I regret ordering my kitchen and bathroom cabinets through Diamond. Also, you really don‘t want to deal with them if you live in the city. Traffic/​parking is a huge deal and they act like they are doing you a favor (to inspect the damaged cabinets they sold you) if they make a trip to city (despite that I live in a very nice zip code on the north side).

Diamond paint literally saved my new home! Our builder had terrible bids from all of his sub-​contractors and literally did not have the know-​how to get our project completed remotely close to our original cost, or within our originally stated time line. A BIG thanks goes out to Kedra and the entire team over at Diamond design! They stepped in, took control, and got the project back to a respectable budget, while also installing a day by day timeline beginning from the date they stepped in to the project, to final completion. With the savings from Diamond, were also able to recover some of the lost costs due to project negligence by our builder. We are now a less than a month from moving into our new home, and cannot wait. Who knows where we’d be without Kedra and the Diamond Paint team… That’s something I don’t even want to think about…

If you want a paint store that goes above and beyond — go here. This is a great small business! Besides paint, they also sell carpet, tile, bathrooms, etc. The owner is very honest and knowledgeable. You will appreciate the difference between this store and the major chains. Go local.
