We are very big fans of Clean Quest. One day we came home and the bottom of our water heater developed a large hole and flooded our basement. It was around 6:00PM and we called him for help. He was out within the hour and got to work. He really saved us.

Dennis cleaned the carpeting in my whole house today. He is professional, very friendly and priced fairly. He gave me some tips on how to do spot cleaning and even ran the machine over a few area rugs at no extra charge. I was happy that there was not a crew of men working around my house that could be sketchy. Dennis runs his own business and when you call Carpet Quest you know Dennis will be there. I will be using him again.

The owners name is Dennis and I want to thank him for coming to our house on a Sunday after our Water Heater broke and wrecked our basement. He personally brought over dehumifiers and helped us get the carpets dried out. I also felt his price was extremely reasonable.
