Here is the deal, I purchased A Groupon and was completely happy with the service I received from Kristy. The product was lovely, so much that I bought a few more canvas prints, Brian helped me because Kristy no longer works there, hmmmmm
Okay, I go to place a large print item they happily accepted my payment through paypal, but guess what? No print? No answering the phone? No answering of emails? Says it shipped, no tracking number and it’s been a month. RED FLAG!
Can’t really say if they are OUT of business, but it sure seems like it. PayPal is doing the work now because we are out a lot of money on this one.

I would not recommend anyone to do business with Canvas Berry. I bought a canvas 1 month before Xmas and was going to pick it it at the location, called them on a Saturday morning to make sure they were openness and said I was on my way, after driving 1 hour, when I get there they were closed, that’s right, they closed 30 mins before the time they were supposed to. In addition to that no one would EVER return calls or email. Basically, I had to chase them for over 3 weeks, and finally got my order one month and a half after the due date. Horrible horrible service, I wouldn’t waste my time if I were you.

I have now purchased 3 canvases from Canvasberry. I wanted them to be perfect so I initially has some questions about how my photos would turn out and if the sizing was correct, etc. Customer service responded almost immediately to my inquiries and helped me order is exactly what I wanted. I was very impressed with the outstanding level of service I received. Also, I am local so I chose to pick them up, and when I did they were very pleasant and made sure I was happy with my order. The quality is great and I am very pleased with the workmanship. They are a great company and I will definitely recommend them to others! If you are at all uncertain about how something will turn out, just be sure to ask questions before you place your order and they will help guide you through the ordering process.

Bought 2 canvasses so far and all I get are rave reviews to how beautiful they have turned out. Brian has help me out tremendously and no pressure!

I ordered a Living Social coupon for Canvasberry and then placed my order on their Website. I spent more than the coupon to ensure I received the perfect Anniversary gift for my boyfriend. The canvas paint portrait that came was awful. It looked like our noses had been cut and pasted. The skin tone did not match the rest of the portrait. When I let Canvasberry know that I wanted a refund they said they sent me a proof, that this was a painting portrait and I approved it. I had no problem with it being a painting portrait and approved the proof because it digitally looked fine. The actual canvas received was a different story, the rest of the portrait looked fine with the exception our noses. My boyfriend has brown skin and the nose was pale. I have pale skin and the nose was white. There was this line on the bridge of both of our noses like they literary cut and pasted our noses on. They didn’t fit the rest of the portrait. Cavasberry was unresponsive after their initial reply so I followed up with several emails and voicemails with no response. I returned the canvas to Canvasberry as I couldn’t give this low quality crap as a gift. I reached out to Living Social who put me on hold while they talked to Canvasberry. The Living Social agent let me know that they were rude to her and would not give a refund. Living Social was the hero and decided to give me a refund for the coupon portion and the rest I received back by filing a credit card dispute. These people are unprofessional and their product speaks for itself, worthless!

We bought 3 canvases from here! They came out perfect quality! We also made good use of the promotion that was going on last month. Saved 65% off! What a saving! and we got free shipping since our purchase was over $ 150. We were worried with purchasing our canvases from a company we have never made a purchase from before, so I did some research beforehand. Glad we ordered here. Came out nice! Thanks!

I purchased a living social deal for this company and am so happy I did! My canvases are incredible and I received five of them in less than a week! Great company and I will definitely use them again!

I have ordered a canvas with another company (which will remain unsaid) and the photo was not clear on the canvas as well as minimal damage on the canvas’ corners.
Low and behold! I have ordered a few canvas’ from this company– EACH and EVERY time I have made a purchase, you can count on them for excellent communication, customer service and most importantly, the quality!
