I went to the des plaines location and was happy that they were prompt with the service. had no problems at all after the procedure saw immediate improvement. will not hesitate to go there again though it is a little distance from home

First…the receptionist was professional & attended to me IMMEDIATELY
I was taken to the procedure room IMMEDIATELY
Both rooms were immaculate.
JAMIE…who did my procedure… listened to my concerns, addressed them & was beyond well informed.
I can’t say enough about JAMIE… her care before, during & after the procedure was above and beyond the service I’ve had at ANY doctor. In fact I wish they could take a page from her book.
I recommend anyone who is interested in going to a MEDI center to LOOK NO FURTHER.

This is the worst place I‘ve ever been in US for 6 years living here. I got promotions from Amazon and decided to save some money .I came to this place to find out the prices on deals they advertise and get some laser procedures The lady who actually suppose to be at the reception was with the client. I understand that. But this is CENTER and they have to have at least two people there. She eventually came and told me she is busy right now and did not even ask me what I want. She said come tomorrow or what ever day. The Center had a chance to have a new customer but they don‘t need and don‘t want to be successful. If anybody had the same problem please ask me I will give you advise where to go and have the best service ever!!!

I would like to give them a review & do treatments at least 4 times a year, but they dont bother returning calls for 3 months. I bought a Living Social deal and it looks like they don’t want the business! Very annoyed.

The reception staff and location were comfortable and accessible. It is by no means a luxury spa but feels professional and clean. My consultation was informative adding to the research I had already gathered via the internet. Although I had purchased IPL services via a Living Social deal, I decided to go big and go for the Pixel treatment. I had significant discoloration due to sun damage and acne scarring. I had an amazing experience with Kasha (sp??) who works from multiple Amerilaser locations. She answered a million questions and patiently mitigated my low tolerance for pain. The procedure itself was bearable — felt like rubberbands against the skin. I had to stay indoors for days due to the sunburned look and peeling. I am now 6 weeks post treatment and my skin looks amazing. The discoloration is SIGNIFICANTLY improved. My acne scarring is improved as well. I haven’t shared the fact that I have had the procedure with friends and family. I have gotten so much positive feedback about «glowing skin, looking well rested, looking younger, etc.» every time I see someone close to me. I would definitely do the treatment again and do it with Kasha. I think I will do a few IPL treatments to treat the little discoloration that remains.
The pixel treatment is pretty intense. There are a lot of horror stories out there. I would not take my chances and do this procedure with anyone aside from Kasha.
Note: Small lines/​wrinkles have disappeared as a secondary result of the treatment. I wasn’t even looking for this result and it happened. Btw, she used the lowest setting because I am such a pain wimp.

Omg! This place is more than I expected. I had bought skin tightening coupons. Fixed an appointment, went through in time and got my first treatment done. Very smooth indeed! I was amazed to see how professional and knowledgeable the staff is.
I would definitely recommend Skin tightening! It actually works! Yes, visible results just in two treatments. Can’t wait to go back for the rest of my treatments. I’m glad I chose this place and yes people it is definitely worth the money and time.

Yes, they were extremely busy when they had a Groupon promotion, but they were apologetic for any wait time in the office or on the phone. In fact, I was given a complimentary treatment because they had a mix up and overbooked.
In terms of the I Lipo– it works! It’s noninvasive, there’s no downtime and I lost inches. If you compare it to the invasive liposuction procedures where you have to go under anesthesia, run the risk of infection and have a painful recovery– I’ll take I Lipo any day!

I recently purchased a Groupon for 2 treatments for I Lipo. I have only done it once so far, but will not do the remaining treatment. Firstly, although they tell you that it is FDA approved, I question the safety of putting a laser on my lymph nodes. This is to «help them excrete the waste.» (??) Secondly, the office staff is not very professional. I waited for over one hour for my appointment! (while they allowed another client who they made and error in appointment time, to go before me!) The owner is simply a «businessman,” – not anyone in the health field. All of this makes me leery and uncomfortable. I won’t return there.
