Long waiting times. Doctors don’t seem to care. The patients are waiting over 45 minutes to see them and counting. Wow!

Expect to wait a minimum 2.5 hours. I paid extra for a upgraded lens not covered by Medicare so I would not need glasses. Bad result-​cannot see as well as before the cataract surgery .Dr berdy is dismissive about the wait and the results– blurry vision, pain, cloudiness.
I will go to another Dr for my next eye and probably to fix this eye!

Dr. Gregg Berdy and Dr. Ranjan Malhotra are both phenomenal docs. I personally see Dr. Berdy but my wife sees Dr. Malhotra.
They’re up to date on the latest procedures, have nice new offices with the latest technology, and are the ophthalmologist that most of the local docs go to for their eye needs (thus their commercials about them being the «Doctors Doctors»).
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because you should be prepared to wait when you go for your appointments. That’s the downside, the upside is that the reason you are waiting is because once they do see you they provide very personal attention which can tend to delay them. So it’s a bit of a tradeoff, but I’ll take that over a doc rushing in and rushing back out any day of the week.
