We specialize in the world’s freshest extra virgin olive oils and the Midwest’s largest selection of aged balsamic vinegars. All of our EVOO and balsamic vinegar is available for sampling so you know exactly whats going into your bottle that is filled on site right before your eyes.

We are also the nations #2 retailer of Rossi Pasta… second only to Whole Foods of Columbus, OH. We just added 8 new Rossi Pastas… we are the first retailer in the Nation to introduce Rossi Rotini and Radiatore. We have also included 5 new «No Boil» Lasagnas… these will be Seasonal and will be discontinued in March. In addition, we also provide our customers with organic sea salts from France, United States as well as Himalayan salts.

We have introduced 15 new whole bean gourmet coffees… 5 unflavored and 11 perfectly flavored coffees. Varieties include — Breakfast Blend, French Roast, Caramel Kiss, Turtle Sundae, and Crème Brulee.

History

Established in 2009.

After a very eclectic career path, my wife and I decided to try something very new to St. Louis and the lower Midwest. We found these incredible products and knew that St. Louis would welcome the quality, taste and variety that we would be able to offer.

From the age of 9 there was a love of the kitchen and the idea of combining ingredients to make something taste great… of course at 9 I wasn’t that great.

I grew up in St. Louis and left to serve in the US Navy. I lived in and visited many places around the world. I had the privilege to live in a few parts of the US, Southern Europe, Asian Pacific Islands and the Middle East and my wife also had lived in many places as well before we married. Besides living in many countries, I was able to visit many many more.

By living in or visiting all these great places, we picked up an appreciation and a palate for a wide variety of tastes.
