My son and his friends had a great time. So that made me very happy. However it was a little pricey for some playtime fun. My only critique is that the brk time shouldn’t be included with the playtime and i agree 10 to 15 mins for set up would be better.
The staff was great very friendly and helpful. They knew what to do when the boys got a little out of control. The games went by fast and the kids drank every juice and water we brought so bring lots.
I give a 4 star due to the high price, little prep time and break time being included with the 2 hour playtime.

Good option for a birthday party for an active group of 8 year-​olds. I agree with another reviewer, come prepared in terms of set up/​refreshment/​wrap since the schedule feels fairly rigid. Was very warm inside on a pre-​summer day. Expensive when compared to an all-​inclusive party such as those at Chuck E Cheese or Family Fun Center. But, the staff is good at leading the activity and learning the participant’s names. The kids and my son seemed to have a good time.

This place was pretty cool. I had a group of about 10 kids and everyone had a great time!

The staff here is incredibly friendly, well organized and the kids had a blast! It’s the perfect birthday spot — one hour to run around like the little Nerf Warriors they are, a break for whatever warrior sustenance you bring then more Nerf battling! I’m getting in on the action next time!

Great way to have a party. My son had an amazing time. Loved it. FYI they do not have drinks there so don’t forget to bring water for the kids!!!

We had a birthday party for a group of nine year old kids and they had a blast. Staff was great in leading games and very friendly.

Brought a small group of six 12-‘14 year old boys. They had fun. The fields are smaller than I expected so I’m glad we ended up bringing a small group instead of the larger one I had originally intended. 12 boys would’ve been pretty cramped. The boys were a little disappointed in the guns they were given to play with. They have a lot of guns on display but only 3 types to choose from to play with. I guess the others are reserved for those who want to purchase them. My biggest complaint is how close they have the birthday parties together. They give you 5 minutes to set up and then end your party 10 minutes before the 2 hours is over for their clean up time. Overall though, the kids had fun and that’s what counts.

Our 12 year old son had a great time with his birthday party here.

Bobby and Joel were the best! We had a birthday party with over a dozen 8 – 9 year old boys, and as everyone elbows– this age group can be a handful. Both Bobby and Joel took everything in stride, ran the show, and were all around fantastic. Thanks guys, we shall be back!

Had an awesome time for my son’s 8^th birthday party this past weekend. The kids loved it, and even the adults joined in and had an awesome time. Lots of choices of nerf guns to choose from, referee to help organize the kids, party area was clean and liked its open set-​up so can easily watch the activities even if not participating. The staff was very helpful. Even though it was a bit of a trek from Bellevue, all the party-​goers agreed that the trip was worth it. My husband’s only suggestion was to have softer flooring (carpet or rubber) since it’s only concrete and easy to fall/​trip while you’re focused on the game. I suspect we’ll be making more trips out to play.

Amazing place! My son had a blast here with his cub scout troop! The staff were friendly and everyone had a super fun time.
Not only that… I left my backpack there. Being a 44-​year old graduate student (with my memory obviously slipping) has it’s challenges. But Johnny was kind enough to get out of bed and come open the door for me to get my study stuff so that I can stay up until 3 am studying! Props to you Johnny for your kindness… keep it up! I wish only success for you guys!

Just had my sons 9^th birthday party here yesterday and it was awesome! The kids had a blast and so did the adults! The only thing I wish I would’ve done differently would’ve been to add a little more time to the party because I had to get food, presents and cake done as quickly as possible so they could go back out and play. Other than that, we had a blast and the staff was wonderful! We’ll be back again for certain!

Had a private party and rented out the both rooms, so it would be truly private. The kids loved it. The staff were helpful.
I gave it 4 because it is very fast paced and I only had 5 minutes before the party to set up. That is just not enough time for me. I didn’t get to greet or direct parents. I was setting up and then feeding and clean up. I am so exhausted, but worth all the hard work.
I would have a party here again and I will be better prepared next time for lack of time.

This place is AMAZING! We came for a birthday party and had a blast. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a two hour party, I felt that was plenty of time for games and gifts. The dads joined in the fun. My husband was sore for two day following. My cheeks hurt from smiling the entire time! This is a great place for any group party. We will be returning as much as possible for open play. I have told everyone I know about this place!

2^nd birthday I have had here. Always a wonderful experience and such a blast! Amazing and helpful staff and awesome facility! Coming back next year!

My son and husband have participated in open nights a few times and today we had our sons 11^th Birthday party at the The Tag Zone. It is ALWAYS awesome. The staff is nice and organized, they makesure that everyone has a great time. The party was the perfect thing for an 11 year old, the staff took great care of us and made my life super easy as a mom. I would advise that anyone that is not an asshat (because as well all know, asshats love to blame nice hard working people for their asshatery, just what I have seen time and time again) to go here, have a fun family evening, or just sit back and watch your loved ones have a good time while you relax. I have never met the owner but I love his staff and so does my husband and son. Cant wait until the 19^th for my son to enjoy the sleep over nights!

I have attended 2 birthday parties with my 7yo son here.
The staff is amazing with the younger kids! The game moderators we had were fun and patient and the kids all had a blast!
The level of cleanliness that the owner and his staff have achieved is fabulous! They leave no doubt that the entire place is germ free!
I also really like that they separate the trash/​recycle/​compost.
The staff was also super helpful in supplying little things that were needed — paper cups (we ran a few short and Matches.)
I would recommend this to anyone!!!

I have now been here for 3 or 4 of my kid’s friend’s birthday parties, my older two son’s birthday parties (ages 8 and 11). I had our summer kids camp come here as an event and just tonight, had my end of the soccer season party here for my son’s team that I coach. It is an addicting place to go. Each experience has been slightly diffferent then the last and each one I would rate a 5 star. Johnny and the staff here are great and they do there best to really take care of the people, guns and area. (even being conscious of recycling and composting the trash from your party)
The only negative from past experiences (obviously not big enough to keep me away) was the darts not being consistant when fired. Well, that has been taken care of. About three weeks ago (I know because I asked) they switched to the nerf disc guns. Not only are they consistant, but now you get a gun with either 5 shots, 10 shots or 20 shots… AWESOME!!! This took the experience up about 10 notches!
They have an eating area where you can bring your own food, have it catered or just have pizza delivered. I love this because so many party places make you order what they have available and this really limits your choices. One important thing to note is that you break for eating due to cleanliness and care for the equipment.
If you are looking to book a party or just go and play yourself, you need to check this place out. I recommend it to people of all ages (minimum age is 6). I am 34 and love it every time. It is not just for boys. My wife has had some good battles here as well and actually takes me out quite a bit when she plays.

Be ready to sweat. (I bring a sweat rag because I am bald)
Where athletic shoes
if you are old like me, stretch! so you will not regret it later :)
don’t cheat and be honest if you get hit
You will play a good number of games
You will have fun no matter your skill level
It is a great Parent/​Child bonding experience (You will feel like a kid out there)
Very well worth taking the time to try it out
