Business Owner

Justin is an high-​energy creativity nut. He founded Test of Time Design, a goal-​oriented design agency based in Des Moines and also works with organizations to cultivate their naturally occurring creativity through lectures, work-​shops and small groups.

In 2012, Justin led a multi-​talented team to form the Iowa Creativity Summit. Embracing the evidence that a 21^st economy demands creativity, summit goals were threefold. Bring a creative focus to Iowa, challenge the notion that creativity belongs exclusively to artists, and spark social permission for more creative work places.
