You can really tell that the workers really hate working here and hate making your sandwich. There is a lady in the morning who listens to her rap music real loud and will run into the back when she sees you. I stood around waiting for close to 10 minutes once before I have up and got a burger next door. The lady that works in the morning is very rude!!!

I’m never really in the mood and crave for Subway, so I’ll usually get it when I can’t decide on what to eat. Today I stopped by the Subway in the Kaleidoscope around 11am. The line only had 2 people, but if you come around noon, there will probably be around 15! So plan accordingly if you really want Subway and have to be back at a certain time. I don’t think there is anything special about Subway, and their motto is «Eat Fresh»…though it just doesn’t seem like it’s that fresh anymore. Or maybe it was never«fresh» and we gave it more credit due to it being one of the«healthier» food options available back in the day. The deli meat is all prepackaged, the chicken breast appears to have fake grill marks, and they don’t give you much of the steak meat if you get their steak and cheese sandwich since they’re portioned out. The only thing that could be considered fresh are the veggies, though they aren’t organic or anything, but that doesn’t bother me. So I’m giving Subway 3 stars, since its just average… nothing different or exciting. Just a place to get a sandwich that one could make at home, but I’m too lazy for that, which is why I probably still go to Subway :)

Decided to get about 15 subs in order to feed a volleyball team playing at the convention center as a healthy and quick alternative. Staff was rude, unprofessional, and none of them looked like they wanted to be there. Handing out the sandwiches to the players we realized that they shorted us two full subs for which we paid for. Tried to call in order to resolve the matter and the phone rang about thirty times with no answer. Given we were playing in a tournament we were not going to walk two miles back to subway as it was too late and we did not have time. Not impressed after spending $ 80+ dollars in there. Don’t waste your time and money on this location.

I’m usually a big proponent of subway because it’s a healthier indulgence than the other fast food joints. I like to get a foot long sub, have them pile it high with veggies and make two meals out of it. This location does seem to be cheap with the veggies, so you have to keep asking for more of everything, which is annoying. Other than that, they have always been nice and helpful, and i never wait too long in line. They do close at 4:30 pm and they’re only open Mon-Fri, so if you’re staying at a nearby hotel(the Renaissance, for instance) don’t expect to get dinner or weekend food.

It’s Subway, you know. Ridiculously long line for people religiously following Jared on their Subway diets. I’m against waiting more than 5 minutes to order food. If you go before the noon rush, it’s not busy, but then sometimes the people working there look at you funny when you order food, like they didn’t expect that. I’ve found better options in the Kaleidoscope.
