Pinot’s Palette – Des Moines

What a fun place to have a party!
I set one up here! Naturally I forgot my plates, forks, and napkins for the cake I brought! But have no fear, Pinot’s all all those things and more ready at my disposal! I was saved! I’m not going to look like a forgetful idiot today!
Setting up the party was super simple on-​line and there was great communication between the biz and I!
When I arrived Tina was super helpful in getting me all set up and showing me around! They had a great set up/​bar for my drinks and food for my guest!
Renee ran the show, as our painting instructor! She was fun, upbeat, and super positive the whole time! She made it a really fun experience for everyone involved! I love art and I love painting but I also seem to use to much paint and mess my pictures up! Renee was super positive and supportive of my low lever skills in the painting department! Which made it even more fun!
They do a great job of making sure everyone is having a great party! Clean up was fast, (aka Tina and Renee took care of it) and everyone kept coming up to me and saying how much fun they had!
I love this place and will be back for sure!

Paint. Drink. Have Fun. Their mantra definitely sums up the experience. Our instructor Renee was full of energy as she led us through our painting. What started out like random stripes and dots turned into beautiful trees. They play a fun mix of music while you paint. For those who want full instruction, they’ll guide you through step by step. If you want a little creative latitude, there’s room for that too. Such a fun night — a good girls night out, mom/​daughter experience or date night.

What a fun place. I highly recommend this place for anyone who likes to paint and drink. Likes to drink and learn to paint. Likes to have a fun time painting and drinking. Wants to have a memorable first date. Or just a great place for anyone who just wants to fun.
Renee and Tina were fantastic artist leaders tonight. They made it super fun and helped make painting seem simple. What I really loved is that even though everyone started with a blank canvas and had a painting of what they were trying to achieve, all of us ended up with our own unique painting. That was a really cool thing to see.
If you want a fun and unique activity to do, this is definitely a must add to your list.

The staff is so infectious with their energy and extremely helpful whenever you need assistance or have questions.
This is a wonderful idea for a group event whether if be friends, family or co-​workers.

Went here tonight for a Elite event and had an awesome time! The artists that help you through each step are extremely thorough, personable and talented. They provide you with everything you need to create a masterpiece!

Great place for girls night out, parties, kid events, date night and bachelorette parties. Best part is you can have a cocktail while you paint! Can’t go wrong here.

So much fun!!! Came here for a Unilocal event and had a blast!
Renee was a fabulous teacher and kept things upbeat and fun!!! The music and the way the class is done kept things moving and you easily lose track of time. It takes about 2 hours for a painting. But we had so much fun it seemed a lot less. You get walked through step by step but you can take your own creative freedom. No two pictures will look alike!
The pricing wasn’t too bad. Especially since you got s nice picture to take home with you and fun memories as well!
Plus you get to enjoy a wine while painting!
I really hope to bring a group of friends in to do a group paint. Which they have open classes as well as groups (minimum of 10 people). It was so much fun!!!

This place was awesome! My friends and I went and we were all nervous because we aren’t the best at painting and we all had a great time and the staff was wonderful and great atmosphere! Highly recommend to everyone! Our paints turned out great!

My husband and I were in Des Moines to visit our daughter and son-​Lin-​law. They have both done paintings with Pinot’s Pallete before, as a matter of fact, I have two of their paintings in my office! They suggested that we try a painting while we were in town.
I have to say that it was a BLAST! We absolutely LOVED the class! The instructors are wonderful! The only problem we see is where to hang our masterpieces…
I would recommend this to novice painters and especially for groups! It is a lot of fun and you will probably sign up for another class!

Painting isn’t really my thing, but I had a blast at Pinot’s Palette. I painted a surprisingly good picture for my living room. They are by far the nicest paint and sip facility in the Greater Des Moines area. My daughter turns seven this fall and we’re planning on having her birthday party at Pinot’s Palette.
